Disregard Despite Stage 4 Cancer

Zero respect and care for their guests, even despite battling stage 4 cancer. The front desk staff are rude at best, and only Mr. Young was helpful during check-in. We were forced to change rooms despite my mother being bedridden. Zero help to move anything over, and the front desk was surprisingly rude across the board. Not typical of Japanese culture, but what you should expect if you stay here. There was a worker who helped with our bags the final morning, and allowed one suitcase to repeatedly get smashed by the elevator doors, and nearly my mother in the process. If you’re ever unfortunate enough to stay here, I hope you never get sick. They don’t care, and won’t help. I’m ashamed at the complete disregard for humanity towards my ailing mother throughout our stay. ——— ステージ4のガンと闘っているにもかかわらず、ゲストへの敬意とケアはゼロです。フロントデスクのスタッフはせいぜい無礼で、チェックイン時に親切だったのはヤング氏だけでした。母が寝たきりだったにもかかわらず、私たちは部屋を変えなければなりませんでした。何も動かさず、フロントデスクは驚くほど無礼でした。日本文化の典型ではありませんが、ここに滞在すると期待できるものです。最終日の朝、私たちのバッグを手伝ってくれた労働者がいて、1つのスーツケースがエレベーターのドアで繰り返し壊されるのを許し、その過程でほとんど私の母でした. 不運にもここに滞在することがあったとしても、病気にならないように願っています。彼らは気にせず、助けません。滞在中、病んでいる母に対して人間性を完全に無視していたことを恥じています。

Nice place in Tokyo. Because of This place not far from Haneda Airport. A strategic place and will not get lost in the Kojiya area. I had a comfortable room and I was not disturbed at all. And also has a very good Japanese breakfast

Budget hotel near Haneda airport. Shuttle busses running to/from Haneda through out the day. Subway station is just 1 minute away. Room was clean and tiny as like many other hotels in Japan. WiFi was free and surprisingly fast. I’d recommend this hotel for its proximity to Haneda airport and the complimentary shuttle bus service.

I had an overnight layover in Tokyo and needed a place close to Haneda. I went from Narita to Haneda via limobus, the Keikyu line alighting at the Otorii station, then a minute walk to the hotel (same side of the street as exit). Check in was easy and I was given information about WIFI and shuttle. I was on the 3rd floor facing the street (room 303?). The bed was FIRM and surprisingly my back was fine the next day. I couldn't get the air conditioner to go colder even though I followed the instructions. Room was small but adequate for one person. There's a 24-hour 7 Eleven across the street. I took the first shuttle (free) to Haneda in the morning. Overall, a good stay except the air conditioner.

The hotel is okay, they serves the same breakfast everyday. I was here for 4 days 3 nights. They clean up the room every 2 days, not on daily routine. The room is clean and very small, in case you travel as a couple, i suggest you to take the twin-bed room.
